- I am 50 years old. I've been home schooling for 15 years. I raise chickens and have two Jersey milk cows, one of which I am currently milking twice daily. Her name is Priscilla but we call her Prissy. I am bottle feeding her heifer calf, named Penny. I love experimenting with, and using, alternative medicine. I love to cook Southern style. I have a big garden and love to try new varieties of open pollinated heirloom seeds. I save my seed from anything that's proven successful. I am fanatical about proper Grammar and Spelling and proofreading is my thing. I am passionate about what I believe in and usually have an opinion about everything. I have five grandchildren. I play the piano and the mandolin. I love bluegrass music and love to sing harmony. I love country living and all things associated therewith.
